Welcome to Crafty Bear Studio. By using our website, booking a workshop, purchasing a ticket, or participating in one of our events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Workshop Bookings
All workshop bookings are subject to availability. Your spot is reserved once your booking and payment are completed.
Workshop details, including date, time, location, project type, and price, will be listed on the event page or booking page. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Payment
Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes or processing fees.
Crafty Bear Studio reserves the right to update workshop prices, offerings, or availability at any time.
3. Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy
Because each workshop requires preparation, materials, and reserved space, cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in advance.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, depending on the event.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop, late arrivals, and no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
If Crafty Bear Studio needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified and offered a new date or refund.
4. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your workshop. Many workshops are group-based and require step-by-step instruction. Late arrivals may miss important parts of the process, and additional time may not be guaranteed.
5. Handmade Results
Crafty Bear Studio workshops are hands-on creative experiences. Each piece is handmade, and final results may vary depending on materials, colors, techniques, drying time, and individual design choices.
Small imperfections such as air bubbles, texture differences, color variations, or uneven surfaces may naturally occur and are part of the handmade process.
6. Safety and Materials
Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by the instructor during the workshop. Crafty Bear Studio is not responsible for damage to personal belongings, clothing, or items caused by materials, paint, tools, or participant handling.
Participants should dress appropriately for a hands-on craft activity.
7. Age and Participation
Some workshops may be suitable for children, while others may be designed for adults. Age requirements, if any, will be listed on the event page.
Children may be required to attend with a parent or guardian depending on the workshop type and location.
8. Photography and Media
Crafty Bear Studio may take photos or videos during workshops for promotional use, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please let us know before the workshop begins.
9. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during workshops and events. Crafty Bear Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
10. Website Content
All content on this website, including text, photos, graphics, logos, workshop designs, and branding, belongs to Crafty Bear Studio unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.
11. Changes to Services
Crafty Bear Studio may update, change, or discontinue workshops, services, prices, or website content at any time without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating in a workshop or using our website, you agree that Crafty Bear Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or unexpected damages related to your use of our website, booking system, or participation in workshops.
